By using this website and submitting an entry you accept the terms below. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the registration form.

The event is organised by the Stara Zagora RETRO Car Club, Stara Zagora, Bulgaria.

Submitting the form is a request, not a confirmed place. The organisers review each entry and confirm participation by email or phone.

The information you provide must be accurate and complete. The organisers may refuse or withdraw an entry in case of false information, a vehicle that does not meet the criteria, or behaviour that endangers the safety of the event.

Entry is free of charge unless something different is announced for a specific edition.

Vehicles over 30 years old and in good cosmetic condition are eligible. Ideally the car should be running under its own power.

Each participant is responsible for the documents and insurance of their vehicle and for following traffic rules when arriving and leaving.

On site, everyone must follow the instructions of the organisers and the security services. Dangerous driving, revving on the spot and anything that puts visitors at risk are forbidden.

Each participant is responsible for their own vehicle and for any damage it causes. The organisers do not provide security or insurance for the exhibited vehicles.

The organisers may change the programme, the hours or the location, and may postpone or cancel the meet in case of bad weather, instructions from the authorities or other circumstances beyond their control.

If anything changes, participants are notified using the contact details they provided and through this website.

The text, photos, logos and other material on this site belong to the club, our partners or the respective authors and are protected by law.

Any use beyond personal purposes requires our prior written permission. Quoting with an active link back to the site is allowed.

The site is provided as is. We take care to keep the information accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it is exhaustive or free of technical errors.

The organisers are not liable for damage arising from participation in the meet, except in cases of intent or gross negligence on their part.

Anything not covered here is governed by Bulgarian law. Disputes are settled by agreement or, failing that, by the competent court in Stara Zagora.
